Mission & Vision

The future of commercial real estate finance is decentralized, community-owned, asset- backed, and free from centralized banks.

At Prestio, we aim to shift the paradigm in real-estate finance by developing a community-owned and operated solution to serve a segment that has been dominated, and in many cases neglected, by established market operators. Liquidity facilities are aimed at enterprise and real estate asset rehabilitation as a priority to create a financially sound borrower class. Prestio loan facilities stabilize operations and allow the unlocking of real estate asset value through preemptive commercial risk mitigation. We are on a mission to unbank real-estate finance.

Our vision is to provide security and financial empowerment to the DeFi community - through decentralization and distributed ownership of a primary liquidity resource for commercial real estate owners. Prestio offers an alternative to traditional financing and delivers a better, more efficient, and more equitable approach to a problem that effectively bridges the utility of blockchain with the reality of physical ownership.
